Description: |
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers (primarily families) and management of sales staff. Work with sales team on revenue enhancement through identification and development of new contracts and clients, cultivating leads and providing exceptional service to existing clients. Responsible for team members, direct sales efforts and follow up. Strive to increase revenue through membership and non-membership revenue sources, through internal and external promotions, and the cross-selling of all products including special events, retail and personal training. Resolve customer complaints; anticipate potential problems by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues and associate performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Be accountable for monthly and annual sales goals and task lists that will optimize company resources in promoting service and increasing revenue and profits. |
